New Family, New Blog

Here begins a journey. Eliecer and I are parents. Two months ago, on August 17, 2006, our son Isaiah was born. We are adjusting to the added responsibility and the lack of sleep. We LOVE being parents, we LOVE our son, and every day is a new adventure.
Thus, here begins a new blog. This is my first attempt at blogging, and I was attracted to it as a way to communicate with my friends and family, and as a venue for my thoughts and feelings about being a new mom.
Isaiah updates: Everyday he is more responsive, he will now stay awake for good chunks of time and smile and laugh at us as we talk to him. He says "Ah-goo", and squeals. It is adorable. His personality is showing more and more each day. We are learning his ways to communicate, and it's a lovely journey.
